Cancellation Policy

At Phola Outdoors, we understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel your order. We aim to provide a fair and transparent cancellation policy to ensure the best possible experience for our customers. Please read the following policy carefully:

Order Cancellation by Customer:

  • Cancellation Period: Should your order have not yet been shipped and/or received, you may cancel your order within 14 days of placing it.  Should you have received your order or your order has already been dispatched the Purchaser will have 14 days to notify Phola Outdoors of their intention to exercise their right to cancel to any of the below contact points set out in the Cancellation Process.

  • Cancellation Process: To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team at office@phola.co.uk  or call us at 07588 547783 with your order details. We will assist you in cancelling your order and provide information regarding any necessary refund.  After the cancellation notice has been given to Phola Outdoors and confirmation has been received, the goods, if they have been shipped / delivered, are to be returned to Phola Outdoors in an unused and undamaged condition to:

    The goods are to be dispatched within 14 days and the Purchaser is responsible for arranging and paying for any shipping / transportation costs for the return of the goods. The right to cancel fully expires in all cases when the goods have been used beyond what is objectively reasonable for examining them and/or establishing their condition. Such use may consist, for example, of the goods having been assembled, filled with water or the burner has been used, etc.


Refund Policy: If your order is eligible for cancellation and you have already made a payment, we will process a refund to the original method of payment. Please allow 14 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.  Please note that if the goods are needing to be returned to Phola Outdoors the 14 business days refund period would only commence from the date of receipt of the returned goods.

Order Cancellation by Phola Outdoors:

  • Unforeseen Circumstances: In rare cases, Phola Outdoors reserves the right to cancel an order due to unforeseen circumstances such as stock unavailability, payment issues, or other reasons beyond our control.

  • Notification: If we need to cancel your order, we will notify you as soon as possible via email or phone. We will provide a full refund for any payments made for the cancelled order.

Refund Policy:

  • Refund Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within +44 7588 547783 business days of cancellation approval.

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment unless otherwise agreed upon.

Policy Changes:

  • Phola Outdoors reserves the right to modify or update this cancellation policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
